1. L Knife hand block and punch same time

2. Step 45 left punch then repeat #1

3. L  Knife hand block elbow mid section

4. L Knife hand block elbow spin elbow

5. L Knife hand block knife hand strike same time

6. Left hand outside knife hand block   R and L mid punch R high punch

7. L  Inside knife hand block knife hand strike

8. L Block grab wrist pull in elbow to head

9. L Inside knife hand block elbow back fist groin

10. R inside block arm lever takedown

11. L Inside knife hand block grab lapel knee stomach

12. Same as #11 but knee to head

13. R outside knife hand block spin knife hand strike

14. Outside knife hand block side kick back of knee take down

15. Like #14 but grab head and instep kick back of knee take down

16. L Outside knife hand block R arm mid section elbow

17. like # 16 but add another R elbow

18. L  Inside knife hand block keep arm fingers to eyes

19. L Inside knife hand block palm to chin take down

20. L Inside knife hand block elbow mid section under arm take down

21. R Outside knife hand block elbow to back

22. R Outside knife hand block spin side kick to knee back fist head

23. L inside block catch arm pull down take down

24. L Inside knife hand block strike bicep spear to mid knife hand to throat

25. R Outside block R elbow to head grab around head knee to head
